After School Padel

This program is designed to introduce children to the game of padel in a fun and engaging way. The program will focus on building basic padel skills such as proper grip, stroke technique, footwork, and game strategy.
The sessions take place on 2 days a week, and is designed to help kids develop their physical fitness and improve their padel skills in a fun and engaging environment. Parents will receive a report at the end of each week, of their kids performance and the areas that need more work at.
3:30-4:30pm: Physical training, warm-up exercises to prepare the body for physical activity, agility and coordination drills to improve balance and footwork. Strength and endurance exercises to build overall fitness.
4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Technical drills (focus on proper grip and stroke technique)
5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: Scrimmage and mini-games. Basic padel instruction and drills for beginners
Scrimmages and games to practice skills and apply them in a competitive setting
5:30pm: Program ends
All equipment will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own racquet if they have one.
